01 - Why should I work with you and not a lawyer?
I am not a lawyer. Instead, I have 20 years of real-world experience in helping Fortune 500 brands and globally recognized talent negotiate and enter hundreds of endorsement contracts over the years. Unlike lawyers, I have a practical ground-level understanding of how the language used in your endorsement contract will affect the quality of the execution of your endorsement contract. With a lawyer, you might receive a legally valid but impersonal contract. With me, you receive a legally valid contract that also protects your very best interests, whether you are a brand or talent.
02 - Where do the sessions take place?
We will meet live via video chat. I will record the session and send you a link following our call. If you are anything like me, I like to be able to be in the moment for the session - and review the video later for anything I may have missed. Also, a video call allows us the opportunity to screen share and review your documents live.
