Hello there, I’m Tanya!

I want to work with you to make you a better negotiator, partner, and service provider. When I am not negotiating deals on your behalf, I want to make sure you have the tools and knowledge to negotiate great contracts, on your terms, all by yourself.

 

My Journey

For two decades now, I have specialized in the negotiation of talent endorsement deals. I am not a lawyer, but an experienced and seasoned enabler of contracts that equally service both the brand and talent’s best interests’.

After starting my career in Public Relations at Ketchum and MSL Group, I spent a decade representing American and global brands at Burns Entertainment & Sports Marketing. I also had the pleasure of working a roster of 50+ talent on brand endorsements at SWA Agency.

This multi-faceted experience allowed me to develop an intricate and comprehensive understanding of how contracts should be negotiated and devised to enable a win-win for all, for talent as much as brand, for brand as much as talent.

In 2018, I took the entrepreneurial plunge, offering my endorsement negotiation expertise and experience on my own, a decision that I will forever cherish.

I fully believe that there are too many truly talented people and brands (yes, even brands!) who aren’t happy with their contracts because elements of a negotiation are left ambiguous, or the parties do not understand the language in an agreement. My mission, whether I negotiate on your behalf or you do it yourself, is to make sure that when you enter into an agreement it becomes a win-win and everyone does it speaking the same language.
