I want to work with you to make you a better negotiator, partner, and service provider. When I am not negotiating deals on your behalf, I want to make sure you have the tools to succeed. With an attention for detail and years of negotiation experience, I am dedicated to delivering impactful and consistent results that drive awareness while exceeding financial goals.

My name is Tanya Silverstein, and I have built a successful almost two-decade career with a specialty of negotiation of talent endorsements of all sizes. After starting my career in Public Relations, I spent a decade representing startups to Fortune 100 companies, both in the US and globally, on the brand side of the negotiation table. I also have had the pleasure of working a roster of 50+ talent on their brand endorsements. With a proven track record of negotiation on behalf of both the brand and talent, I approach spokesperson and ambassador negotiations from a variety of angles that makes for successful and streamlined executions.

I fully believe that there are too many truly talented people and brands (yes, even brands!) who get taken advantage of because deal points aren't fully detailed, elements of a negotiation are left ambiguous, or the parties do not understand the language in an agreement. My mission is make sure that when you enter into a talent agreement it becomes a win win and everyone does it speaking the same language.
