My name is Tanya Silverstein, and I have built a successful 17-year career in negotiation of talent agreements of all sizes. After starting my career in Public Relations working at Ketchum and MSL Group, I spent a decade working at Burns Entertainment representing startups to Fortune 100 companies, both in the US and globally, on the brand side of the negotiation table. I also had the pleasure of working with the team at Starworks Artists representing a roster of 50+ talent. From my years working on behalf of both the brand and talent, I approach spokesperson and ambassador negotiations from a variety of angles that makes for successful and streamlined executions. My proven track record in the industry for forging partnerships with top corporate brands and talent is my passion.

Coaching and facilitating workshops was a natural next step in my career. To each of my clients, I provide a personalized approach to negotiating and managing the brand and talent relationship. Creating a solid negotiation strategy and then executing that plan takes careful planning and attention to detail. No matter how big or small a relationship is β understanding the fundamentals of a contract and what to ask for is a block that builds upon another and then another; looking at the big picture and making it the most productive it can be is my goal. The end result is increased positive brand awareness for both the brand and the talent.
